Designed to encourage increased cardholder activity, the program provides cash back to client accounts based on the types of and/or frequency of cardholder transactions performed. Unlike third-party loyalty programs, the cash back solution is a no-cost extension of FlexATM, Atris Technology’s real-time transaction processing solution which connects debit card networks to core account banking platforms in real-time without development effort of either entity.
The program is capable of being tailored to suit the business objectives of the financial institution. For example, additional options can include fee income opportunities related to cardholders who perform excessive activity at foreign ATM terminals.
Existing FlexATM clients are welcome to request a sample analysis of their cardholder activity to help identify the impact of a cash back program at their offices.
