Atris Technology imbeds report scheduling technology into its administrative tools, increasing employee access to information while reducing demands on IT and administrative personnel.

Florida, November 17, 2009 – Atris Technology announced today it has completed the development of new scheduling tools that automate the creation and delivery of management reports for review by bank personnel. Available for all reports found its FlexTeller administrative system, banks can provide its employees virtually any report with any criteria desired using this streamlined access to information. This is expected to be the preferred methodology for delivering information to key personnel who depend on regularly scheduled data analysis including branch managers, head cashiers and senior level executives.
Atris has a history of generating a wide range of management reports from its teller system to meet the informational needs in different banking departments. Instead of requiring personnel to “pull” their reports, Atris has opted to “push” the report results to improve employees’ use of the available information. A number of benefits arise when utilizing the push capabilities found in its scheduler: employees are not required to be trained on running the reporting system, personnel can be more easily prevented from accessing restricted information, and IT will personnel have a reduced number of desktops to support versus a traditionally deployed client-server architecture.
In addition to enhanced scheduling capabilities, Atris development specialists have also included several export capabilities which allows reports to appear in popular file formats such as PDF or Excel, providing better support for possible formatting needs required by different bank departments or third party vendors.
The report scheduling solution is being deployed at beta client locations currently and will be available as an optional feature for all FlexTeller clients with its new release at the start of 2010.
