JHA User Group Technology Showcase Announcement

Atris Technology to exhibit FlexTeller21 teller capture solutions at the Jack Henry User Group Technology Showcase this month.

Gainesville, Florida, October 8, 2009 – Atris Technology announced today it will be exhibiting its FlexTeller21 teller capture solutions at the Jack Henry User Group Technology Showcase at booth #321 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center October 21-22. As a JHA certified vendor, Atris provides "front counter capture" support for Core Director, CIF 20/20, and Silverlake core processing applications as well as open integration with JHA and third-party check imaging vendors.

Unlike platforms that offer a “bolt-on” image capture component and requires teller expertise in two disparate systems, FlexTeller21 is an extension of proven-successful FlexTeller which simplifies end user workflow and the enhances the customer service experience. FlexTeller21 streamlines check scanning for tellers and reduces their need to understand proof operations through teller-friendly terminology and virtual ticket creation wherever possible. Tellers operating with FlexTeller21 save keystrokes and paper, while customers are ensured their transactions are completed in balance and on time. Imaged work is transmitted directly to the bank check imaging system, reducing costs and time associated with back-counter scanning or redundant proof operations review.
