Vision added to the list of core vendors certified with FlexATM
solution for EFT processing.
Gainesville,
Florida, May 14, 2007 – Atris Technology, Inc. a provider
of automation solutions to banks and credit unions, announced
certification between its FlexATM online authorization system
and Precision Computer Systems (PCS), a unit of Fiserv, Inc.
The certification was completed to provide real-time transaction
processing for client banks using the Vision™ core account
processing system by utilizing FlexATM, removing the dependency
on batch file EFT environments.
FlexATM is a cost-effective middleware solution managing transaction
authorization requests from any EFT processor’s ATM
and Point of Sale (POS) terminal. Seamless core system integration
allows authorizations to be performed in real time, delivering
consistency across a financial institution’s delivery
channels. Additionally, online posting secures funds from
fraudulent transaction activity, reducing the financial institution’s
risk inherent with batch file systems.
The certification
allows PCS clients to implement online transaction processing
while maintaining current reconciliation procedures, greatly
simplifying its conversion to “real time”. In
addition, FlexATM includes open support for EFT processors
and core banking applications, allowing financial institutions
the freedom to change business relationships as needed.
Atris
development specialists performed Vision integration using
Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), the same methodology used for
other real time delivery channels at PCS. The ongoing support
of ESB by Precision provides a client bank a consistent communication
standard across customer touch points and limits its integration
costs.
