Gainesville, Florida, November 1, 2005 – Atris Technology, Inc. a leader
in windows-based teller processing systems and Automated Systems,
Inc. (ASI), a core banking software provider to community banks,
announced today that integration certification has been completed
between Atris’ FlexTeller platform and the ASI Insite Banking System.
The integration is in production at First Bank of Indiantown (FBI) and
today’s announcement reflects an ongoing commitment to seamless
functionality shared by both companies.

Gainesville, FL - 04/3/2006 – Atris Technology Inc., a pioneer in
Windows-based solutions for Jack Henry & Associates client banks, is
pleased to announce its FlexATM (tm) real time EFT processing system has
been certified with the Core Director (tm) account processing platform.

Leveraging the long-standing integration capabilities of Atris’ online teller
system FlexTeller, FlexATM was certified for EFT transaction authorizations
using a real time communication standard supported by JHA. Both point of
sale and automated teller machine transactions are verified against the
cardholder’s account balance in Core Director instead of relying on stand-in
balance files. During debit transactions, optional overdraft protection balance
data is also used. Along with other real time delivery channels in the bank,
cardholders enjoy the benefit of consistent balance information while client
banks are protected against potential cardholder abuse.

A key benefit allows Core Director banks to implement FlexATM in
conjunction with their EFT processor to provide real time functionality without
the overhead associated with in-house terminal driving systems. Daily
reconciliation procedures need not be modified with the implementation of
FlexATM, greatly simplifying the workload of operations personnel. Further,
the “open” architecture supports possible conversion from either EFT or core
account processing systems, ensuring long term viability.
