OPTIONAL PROCESSES

  • Management reporting detailing individual teller and branch productivity, bulk cash handling for analysis accounts, and transaction trends of various accounts. Reporting is available on any workstation within the financial institution, including user defined report writing capabilities and extracts to spreadsheet software for further analysis.
  • Saving Bond redemption within FlexTeller. Interest tables automatically provide current bond values plus interest. Transactions include host-integrated taxpayer information collection to automate end of year IRS reporting purposes.
  • Saving Bond purchases with Fed Line upload. FlexTeller completes savings bond purchases, including collection of all requisite bond order information. Bond purchases are available at administrative terminals as an electronic file that can be transmitted to Fed Line for automatic ordering.
  • Cashier’s Check, Money Order printing at the teller workstation (when using supported printers). Official check printing routines accommodate existing forms, including field-specific control such as font or point size. If desired, printing to a designated network printer is also supported.
  • Cash Dispenser Integration. For busy retail locations, FlexTeller speeds check cashing transactions, transmitting payout information to cash dispensers automatically, including bank-defined bill mixes to eliminate manual entries by tellers.
  • Remote Supervisor Override with internal messaging system. Any supervisor on the network, whether or not they use FlexTeller, can monitor teller requests for a supervisor override. Transaction information – including authorization/denial or specific instructions – can be shared between teller and supervisor workstations.
